Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is clean and fast service when I needed something from housekeeping. JP who drove the shuttle everytime we need it was amazingly nice and respectful. He was accommodating when we requested for him. I would recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

Pretty impressed with the property. Last time we stayed here was probably 10 years ago and I remembered it to be an older property so not sure if they renovated but our room was fantastic. We got the 1 bedroom suite and room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. Gym was fantastic, staff were extremely pleasant. Lounge could have used better snacks throughout the day but not that big a deal. Overall, really pleased.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Not a fan of the dress code as it is a tropical country and one may like to wear sleeveless clothing and flipflop or sandals, but to each his own.

our room was very spacious and clean with alot of toiletries available in the room. My kids enjoyed staying in the bunk beds. The hotel is closed to entertainment ex. casino nearby bars and many different restaurants/food to chose from in the main level.
